Military boot camps for everyday people

 

Fitness Corp's boot camp is a military-inspired training programme that combines various training methods to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic capacity to get you fitter faster and burn maximum fat! The variety of activities in each 45 minute session include sprinting, body weight exercises, ammo box and sand bag work, and military based exercises like leopard crawling to body drags, and includes the use of shells and tyres for a real military training experience!

For the Winter edition of Fitness Corp's you can choose from two great locations, Victoria Park in the CBD or AUT campus gymnasium on Akoranga Drive on the North Shore.
